Our story

Tanaya began her spiritual journey in 2021 after a lifetime of chronic stress started to physically deteriorate her body. She’d experienced migraines and seizures, painful cycles, and was constantly seeing different doctors. After years of no answers and a serious health scare, Tanaya began experimenting on her own with different herbs and home remedies. In the Fall of 2023, she landed in a rigorous program for Western Herbalism that completely changed her life. Finally, she’d discovered an ancient form of medicine that felt absolutely right for her body, and it worked. Tanaya’s main goal is to empower other women to break out of cycles of stress and pain. Her mission is to foster personal growth through knowledge of the self and the intuitive use of herbal medicine.

Tanaya is a native to Arizona, having lived in a few cities throughout the state. She is a graduate of the Western Herbalism program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. Before going to school for herbal medicine, Tanaya did personal research on a few herbs that she then utilized consistently in her home. Since 2023, she’s shared herbal suggestions, written herbal protocols, and occasionally was “on-call” to help with certain mild injuries and illnesses amongst her family and friends.

Tanaya’s passion is empowerment. Her goals are to inspire women to learn more about themselves and to teach about humanity’s ancient art of healing. She believes that knowledge is power, and that knowing yourself and your body gives you the roadmap to true healing that lasts.

“We get to the root of the client’s health concerns, while creating a foundation for true healing that lasts”
